How the Confidence Interval Calculator works
A 95% confidence interval does not mean there is a 95% chance the true mean is inside it. It means that if you repeated the study endlessly, 95% of the intervals you built this way would contain the true mean.
CI = mean ± z × (σ ÷ √n).
