Yes. Every tool on TimerHubs is free, with no account, no download, and no trial. The site is supported by unobtrusive ads.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. Open any tool and start using it immediately. Nothing is saved to our servers.
Will the timer keep running if I switch tabs?+
Yes. All timers use your device's clock rather than simple interval counting, so they stay accurate even when the tab is in the background.
Why doesn't the alarm sound on mobile?+
Mobile browsers block audio until you interact with the page. Tap the start button at least once before backgrounding the tab. Keeping the page open also helps reliability.
What keyboard shortcuts are available on the stopwatch?+
Press Space to start or stop, L to record a lap, and R to reset.
How accurate is the stopwatch?+
TimerHubs measures to millisecond precision using your browser's high-resolution clock. It is more than accurate enough for workouts, cooking, study sessions, and general use.
Does TimerHubs work offline?+
Once a tool is loaded, the timing itself runs entirely in your browser and continues to work even if your connection drops.
