About TimerHubs

TimerHubs started at the side of a track, not in an office. It is a free, browser-based suite of timing tools built for anyone who needs a reliable timer — no download, no account, no clutter. Just open the page and start timing.

Why This Site Exists

The idea came from coaching at the Special Olympics. Working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, timing isn't a side detail — it's the whole event. It's how an athlete learns they got faster than they were last month.

On meet day the reality is messy: several heats, a rotating crew of volunteers, and one stopwatch that actually works. Phone timer apps wanted logins. Others threw a full-screen ad the moment a swimmer touched the wall. A volunteer who had never seen the app would freeze — while an athlete stood there catching their breath, asking the only question that mattered: “What was my time?”

So we built the tool we kept wishing existed: a universal timer for coaches, volunteers, and coworkers that anyone could pick up cold and use correctly on the first try.

Our Mission

Timing is a fundamental part of how people work, study, train, cook, and learn. Yet most timing tools are buried in apps that require downloads, accounts, subscriptions, or are so cluttered with features that finding the timer itself becomes a task.

TimerHubs exists to give everyone instant access to precise, reliable timing tools. Open the browser, start the timer. That's it. Every design decision traces back to that track: big readable digits, one obvious button, no signup, works on whatever device is in someone's pocket, and a record of every time — because personal bests matter more than rankings.
